This gorgeous quilt dates to the 1940's, and has a fresh look with combination of colours. The front of the quilt is made from a classic pink paisley design cotton, in a diamond panel in the centre. This is surrounded by a coordinating china blue cotton, which also acts as a binding. The back of the quilt has a reversed design. The quilt has a warm layer of wool inside it, and is finely quilted in a zigzag design to keep the layers together. It is machine washable.

These quilts look wonderful folded over the back of a sofa, piled up on a blanket box, or layered with simple white bedlinen for a nostalgic bedroom.

The quilt has been loved and used for many years, and has signs of age, but no major flaws. It measures 56" by 66".
