We use our hearts as well as our heads when choosing items for our website - whatever the era, our items are chosen because they are completely unique. Our home range is a tantalising blend of romance, nostalgia and timeless elegance. Our vintage clothing ranges from chic to quirky to glamorous - and chosen for the stylish woman, it always looks fresh and up to date.

At Viva la Frock we try to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our customer service policy is simple - we treat you as we want to be treated. We see all our customers as friends; you tell us what you want and we'll do our best to deliver.

Payment Options:
We welcome online credit card payments, which are processed through a secure connection on Paypal (www.paypal.com).
You may also pay by cheque or postal order. Please note that international buyers must use Paypal. Delivery within the UK is completely free, and will be charged at cost for all other areas.

Returns:
We are happy to accept returns on any item priced over £40.00, for whatever reason. Items under this value are not returnable unless they are faulty in some way. If you wish to return an item, you will need to do so within 3 days of delivery, and items must be returned by registered mail. Returned items will be issued a refund, less a 10% restocking charge, as long as they are returned unworn and in the same conditon you received them in. Postage costs are non-refundable.

If you are new to vintage clothes buying, please remember that vintage clothing is not like new clothing, it has been worn and/or stored for many years. We do our very best to check items, and detail any faults so you can make an informed decision, but please email us with any queries you have about the condition of the item before buying to prevent disappointment. Don't forget to allow an inch or so on all measurements - we measure our garments flat, so if it says 26" waist it would fit best if your waist measures 25" or less. You may want to measure a similar garment of your own and compare measurements to ensure fit. All our wedding gowns have been drycleaned before listing.

Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver items within two working days of payment. However, we try to be flexible, so if you have an emergency let us know and we'll work hard to deliver by the next day!
