This delightful dress has an innocent girlishness about it, typical of the mid 1930's. It is made from a luxurious ivory satin, which is so smooth it feels almost liquid. The fabric is bias cut, and the dress has empire line styling, with curved seam running under the bust. This dress is in very good condition structurally, but it does have some spotting, with tiny rust coloured dots on the skirt, and two larger orange patches, as shown in photos.
